Press it (pressit.ai) is run by PressIt Labs LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we"). By pressing the button or using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Press it.

What you're paying for

You pay to press a button. That's the whole product. Every press makes a card. Most are a Nothing, which is a card about nothing. The rest are a Something. Most cards are written or drawn by an AI model. Together, Somethings and Nothings are your things.

Every card has a kind (Something or Nothing) and a type (its design). The types that exist today, and the chance of getting each one on a press, are on the odds page. That page is always current: it reads from the same code that decides each press. We add and retire types from time to time; cards you already have aren't affected.

A press is complete when the button has been pressed, whatever it produces.

Presses

• Presses are sold in packs: 3 for $1, 20 for $5, 50 for $10. Prices are in US dollars.
• You need an account (an email or Google sign-in) to buy presses.
• You can pay at most $50 in any 24 hours, and hold at most 250 presses at a time. Nobody should be spending more than $50 a day on this.
• Presses don't expire. They can only be used on the button. They can't be withdrawn, cashed out, or moved to another account, and they aren't refunded except where these terms or the law say so.
• Your presses belong to your account and follow you wherever you sign in. Things you made before signing up join your account when you do.
• A new visitor's first 3 presses are free. Free presses have the same odds as paid ones.

Nothing has value

Somethings, Nothings, images of them, drawers, ratings, presses and codes have no cash value. They can't be sold, traded, transferred or exchanged for money, presses or anything else, on Press it or anywhere, and accounts can't be sold, merged or transferred. A gift is always an unpressed press, never a card. There are no prizes and nothing to win.

Your things stay in your drawer for as long as Press it runs. You have a personal, non-transferable license to keep, view and share them. You don't own the underlying content, and we may remove a thing or close the site as described below.

Each Something is made fresh for your press, but we can't promise nobody else will ever get a similar one, and you don't get exclusive rights to it.

Refunds

• If the button jams (the server decided on a card and the model couldn't make it), the press is given back automatically to wherever it came from: your pack, your free presses, or a code.
• If you think you were charged by mistake or something went wrong, write to support@pressit.ai within 30 days and we'll look at it. Unused presses are refunded at the price you paid for them in their pack. Getting Nothing is not a mistake.
• Please write to us before disputing a charge with your card issuer; we refund mistakes. If you do open a dispute, we'll pause your presses until it's resolved.
• If we ever shut Press it down for good, we'll refund unused paid presses to the original payment method where we can, and say so on the site at least 30 days ahead.

Codes and gifts

Promo codes and gifts are worth presses, never money. A promo code can be redeemed once per person. Once you've bought a pack you can wrap up to 3 gift presses a week for other people; a gift that isn't opened within 30 days goes back to you. The sender never sees what the gift produced.

AI output

Most things are made by AI models. They can be strange, wrong, untrue, or resemble something that already exists, and they're not advice of any kind. Don't rely on a fact, instruction or fortune from a button. You may share and use your things for personal, non-commercial purposes anywhere you like.

Public links

Every thing has its own public link. Anyone with the link can see the thing. Your drawer is private unless you make it public. You give us permission to show your things on Press it and in its share images.

Who can use Press it

You must be 18 or older and in the United States or Canada (not Quebec). We ask your date of birth once before your first purchase and check your location when you buy and press. One person, one account; don't use bots, scripts or many devices to get free presses.

What's ours and what's yours

The Press it name, logo, card designs, templates and site are ours. Your drawer name and gift messages are yours; you let us use them to run those features.

When we act

We may hide a thing from its public page, or block a visitor or account, for abuse, fraud, or breaking these terms. We may change prices, packs, card types or the models that make cards at any time; the odds page is always current and presses already made aren't affected. We may pause the button at any time; nothing is charged while it's paused.

Deleting your account

You can ask us to delete your account at any time; Privacy says exactly what goes and what stays. Unused presses are lost when you delete your account; write to us first if you want them refunded.

The usual

Press it is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

If something goes wrong, write to us first and we'll try to sort it out within 30 days. If we can't, any claim is governed by Florida law and goes to the state or federal courts in Orange County, Florida, or small-claims court where you live. You and we each agree to bring claims only as individuals, not as part of a class action, to the extent the law allows.

We may change these terms; if a change matters, we'll say so on the site before it applies, and pressing after that means you accept it.
